All contacts must be made within the contact window: Saturday, October 19th at 00:00 UTC until Sunday, October 20th at 23:59 UTC.
All contacts must be made within the amateur radio spectrum.
Spotting is encouraged; No exsessive spotting (no more than once every 10 minutes)
Allowed bands are 160m, 80m, 40m, 20m, 15m, 10m, 6m, 2m and 70cm.
Operators are encouraged to operate in the following windows: 1800kHz-1810kHz 3580kHz-3600kHz, 7080kHz-7100kHz, 14080kHz-14100kHz, 21080kHz-21100kHz, 28080kHz-28100kHz as to not cause interference with normal FT8, FT4 and CW operations.
Each HF contact is worth 1 point.
Each station may be worked once per band.
Each unique American state may be counted for a multiplier once.
Each unique Canadian province may be counted for a multiplier once.
Each unique DXCC may be counted for a multiplier once.
Each 6m contact is 1.5 points.
Each 2m and 70cm contact is worth 2 points.
QRP <=10W is a x3 multiplier.
Barefoot <100W is a x2 multiplier.
QRO <=1500W is a x1 multiplier.
